  • The performance area must be accessible via a loading dock or ramps. We cannot move our equipment up and down stairs.
     

  • Please make sure that no vehicles are blocking any part of the load-in area before and after the performance.

 

  • Sound Fuzion travels with a 26’ straight truck full of equipment including staging platforms. Please make sure the performance area is cleared of any obstructions before arrival to facilitate a quick and easy load in and setup.

 

  • The stage ideally should be 20’ deep x 40’ wide at a minimum, however we can adapt to smaller footprints. If this is not the case, please let us know beforehand so that we can adjust to the provided area.

 

  • We must have four separate unused 20 amp circuits to power our equipment. Please verify these are available with the maintenance staff at your location and have someone on-site to tell us thier location.

 

  • We do not supply stage lighting; however, if there is a technician at the venue to run in-house lights, stage lighting is welcomed.

 

  • We require two dressing rooms.

 

  • We will need the venue for two hours before and forty five minutes after the performance. During these times, we will need full access to the area for setup, sound check, and tear down.

 

  • Please have someone on-site to greet us two hours before the performance who is aware of the above requirements and can facilitate a smooth load-in
